Scotiabank-Inverlat is a subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Inverlat, a financial institution based in Mexico. The aggregation service, S-Facil, is one of the first to be offered to customers in Mexico and Latin America.

It will enable them to access online accounts from multiple providers using a single log-on. This will eliminate time-consuming, repeat visits to many sites and the need to recall multiple user names and passwords, says the bank.

Customers will sign up for the S-Facil service at the bank's Web site. Once registered, customers will select a unique user name and password and immediately begin aggregating bank, credit card, brokerage accounts and email. Rewards programs, such as AeroMexico's Premier, Posadas de Mexico's Fiesta Rewards and Mexicana's Frecuenta, can also be included as well as consolidated news.

As accounts are added to S-Facil, customer data will be updated. Users will access a summary of accounts without the hassle of visiting multiple Web sites.
