(GPN), a leading worldwide provider of payment technology services, announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of gaming assets from Certegy Check Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services, FIS (FIS)™, related to its business for licensed gaming operators.
